| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小型逆行隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段较小软组织缺损的疗效。方法应用同侧小型隐神经营养血管皮瓣逆行修复15例小腿下段软组织缺损患者,缺损面积1.5 cm×3 cm~3 cm×5 cm。结果15例均获得随访,时间6~24个月。皮瓣完全成活,外形不臃肿,不影响下肢功能。结论小型逆行隐神经营养血管皮瓣修复小腿下段较小软组织缺损创伤小,操作简单,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objeccfive To investigate efficacy of repair of lower leg small soft tissue defect with small saphenous neu- rovascular retrograde flap. Methods Ipsilateral small saphenous neurovascular flap was used to repair 15 cases of retrograde lower leg in patients with soft tissue defects, with size of 1.5cm × 3cm - 3cm ×5cm. Results 15 cases got 6 to 24 months follow-up. Flaps survived completely without bloated appearance, and did not affect lower extremity function. Conclusions Small retrograde saphenous neurovascular flap can be used to repair small lower leg soft tissue defects trauma with simple operation and satisfactory result. |
