| 摘 要： | 目的：评价山海丹治疗冠心病伴高粘度血症的效果。方法：４５例冠心病并发高粘度血症病人（男性２８例，女性１７例；年龄６２±ｓ９ａ），用山海丹２．５ｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ，４ｗｋ为一个疗程。观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图及血液流变学的改善情况。结果：主要临床症状胸闷、胸痛、心悸、乏力的总有效率分别为９１％，８２％，５６％，９２％；心电图恢复正常的总有效率达６２％；血粘度显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：山海丹是治疗冠心病伴高粘度血症的有效药物。

| Abstract: | AIM: To assess the effect of Shan-hai- dan in treating coronary heart disease with high blood viscosity. METHODS:Forty- five patients(M 28, F17; age 62 ± s 9 a) with coronary heart disease and high blood viscosity were treated with Shan- hai- dan 2.5g,po, tid for 4 wk. The improvement of clinical symptoms, ECG, and hemorrheology before and after treatments were observed. RESULTS: The total remission rates of main clinical symptoms: oppressed feeling in the chest, chest pain, palpitation and hypodynamia were 91%, 82%, 56%,and 92 %, respectively; the total response rate of ECG was 62 %; the high blood viscosity was reduced significantly(P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Shan- hai- dan is considered as a useful drug for the treatment of coronary heart disease with high blood viscosity. |
