摘    要:目的了解我院1995~2005年临床感染的菌群分布及其耐药性。指导临床医生合理有效地使用抗生素。方法对我院10年间临床分离的病原菌进行分布调查和耐药性分析。结果10年共分离出细菌5326株,其中肠杆菌科细菌占32.5%,革兰阳性球菌28.2%,非发酵菌25.5%,酵母样真菌9.3%。分离率由高到低占前五位的依次是:铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌(CNS)、大肠埃希氏菌、真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。阳性菌中未发现耐万古霉素菌株,肠杆菌科细菌和非发酵菌对亚胺培南、头孢派酮/舒巴坦的敏感率最高。结论引起我院临床感染的细菌占前五位的是:铜绿假单胞菌、凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、真菌、金黄色葡萄球菌。万古霉素对阳性球菌敏感率最高,亚胺培南、头孢派酮/舒巴坦对阴性杆菌的敏感率最高。临床应根据体外药敏实验选择敏感抗生素控制感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective To find out the pathogens distribution and their drug resistance from 1995 to 2005 in our hospital.Instructs clinician reasonably efffectively to use the antibiotic.Methods To analysis the pathogens distribution and their drug resistance in our hospital for 10 years clinical separation disease germ.Results 10 years altogether separate bacterium 5326,Enterobacteriaceae were 38.5%,Gram-positive cocci were 27.2%,non fermenters gram negative bacilli 22.5%,Fungus were 9.3%.The separative rate occupies first five from high to low is:Pseudomonasaeruginosa,CNS,Escherichiacoli,Fungus,Saureus.Gram-Positive COCCi resistant to vancomycln were not found.Gram-negtiv bacteriawere were especially sensitive to imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam.Conclusions Couses our hospital infection first five bacteria is:seudomonas aerugmosa,CNS,Escherichia coli,Fungus,S.aureus.Gram-positive cocci are especially sensitive to vancomycin.Gram-negative bacteria were especially sensitive to imipenem and piperacillin/tazobactam.
