| 摘 要： | 肺癌是严重威胁人类健康的恶性肿瘤,在我国居城市人口死亡原因首位。已有许多研究表明,肿瘤标志物在肺癌检出中起着非常重要的作用。蛋白芯片是以蛋白质为检测手段或检测目的的生物芯片的一种,近年来应用蛋白芯片的方法联合检测肿瘤标志物是引人关注的话题,基于目前国内外的研究进展,就多肿瘤标志物在肺癌中的临床应用简要综述。
