颅面骨纤维异常增殖症13例临床分析

目的：研究颅面骨纤维异常增殖症（Ｆｉｂｒｏｕｓｄｙｓｐｌａｓｉａ）的诊断及治疗，复发和恶变。方法：总结１３例颅面骨ＦＤ的临床资料并结合文献分析。结果：１３例颅面骨ＦＤ临床表现为无痛性渐进肿块，ｘａｙ表现有毛玻璃型和硬化型。治疗以手术切除病灶，改善畸型和功能障碍，１３例中复发３例，恶变２例。结论：颅面骨ＦＤ诊断应临床、影像学、病理相结合。治疗以保守性手术为主。ＦＤ可复发和恶变，放疗无助于预防复发，反而刺激恶变。

The clinical analysis of 13 cases of fibrous dysplasia of craniofacial bone

Objective :To study the diagnosis, treatment, recurrence and canceration of fibrous dysplasia of craniofacial bone. Methods :The clinical materials of 13 cases of fibrous dysplasia (FD) of craniofacial bone were analyzed. Results :These 13 cases of FD were clinically demonstrated by progressive painless tumor. The Xray showed groundglasslike type and sclerotic type. All were performed operation to improve the function and abnormality. 3 cases recurred and 2 cases cancerated. Conclusion: To make a diagnosis, we should combine its clinical radiological and pathological materials. The treatment should based on conservative operation. Radiotherapy could not prevent recurrence but illustrate canceration.
