早期功能锻炼对促进脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的作用

目的探讨早期功能锻炼的方法及促进脑卒中偏瘫患者康复的作用。方法将72例急性脑血管病患者随机分为康复组和对照组，对照组按常规进行肢体康复锻炼，康复组进行早期功能锻炼，测评两组康复状况。结果治疗后各组FMA评分、MBI评分均较治疗前改善；治疗后治疗组FMA评分、MBI评分明显高于对照组，两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗后各组神经功能缺损程度评分均较治疗前改善；治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组，两者比较差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期康复锻炼能促进脑卒中偏瘫患者肢体运动功能的恢复，并能提高患者的日常生活能力。

Contribution of earlier period functional exercises on promoting rehabilitation of hemiplegic patient with stroke

Objective To investigate the measures and contribution of early period functional exercises on promoting rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with stroke. Methods 72 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were randomly divided into the control group and rehabilitation group. The control group received normal limbs rehabilitation exercises, and the rehabilitation group received functional exercises in earlier period. The scores of FMA and MBI of two groups were detected and compared. Results The scores of FMA and MBI of two groups after rehabilitation exercise were increased compared to that before rehabilitation exercises, and the scores in rehabilitation group were higher than that in control group. There was a significant difference between control group and rehabilitation group (P<0.05). The scores of neurologic impairment in rehabilitation group was less than those in control group after rehabilitation exercises (P<0.05). Conclusion The functional exercises in earlier period can promote the rehabili-tation of limbs motor function, and can improved the ability of daily living.
