晶状体蛋白组学与先天性白内障

摘    要:基因组学研究的深入,使人们认识到蛋白研究的重要性,蛋白组学则是对生命活动进行的系统研究。晶状体蛋白虽在不同情况下表现的蛋白质组不同,但在合成后极少更新,几乎伴随终身。因此,对晶状体蛋白组进行研究,有助于对先天性白内障发病机制的探索。本文就晶状体蛋白组学的研究现状及其与先天性白内障的联系进行了综述。

Abstract:With great progress in the research of genomics, the emphasis has gone back to protein. Proteomics can be used in the system study of life science. Although in the different situation, there are various proteomics of crystalline, it will not renew after synthesized. This would be helpful to discover the mechanism of the diseases. Here, we reviewed the progress of lens proteomics and its connection with congenital cataract.
