| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察阿仑膦酸钠联合辛伐他汀对雌性去势大鼠骨质疏松的影响.来探讨两种药物联合应用治疗骨质疏松的可行性.方法:30只雌性sD大鼠随机分成6组,即去势对照组、去势阿仑膦酸钠组、去势联合用药组、假手术对照组、假手术阿仑膦酸钠组、假手术联合用药组.术后2周开始药物干预,3个月处死动物后分别测定大鼠股骨的骨密度,ELISA测定血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨保护素(OPG)、骨保护素配体(OPGL).结果:去势对照组大鼠骨密度低于假手术对照组.去势阿仑膦酸钠组高于去势对照组(P<0.05),去势联合用药组高于去势阿仑膦酸钠组(P<0.05).去势对照组大鼠BGP高于假手术对照组(P<0.05),去势阿仑膦酸钠组低于去势对照组(P<0.05),去势联合用药组低于去势阿仑膦酸钠组(P<0.05).去势对照组OPG低于假手术对照组(P<0.05),去势阿仑膦酸钠组、去势联合用药组高于去势对照组(P<0.05).去势对照组OPGL高于假手不对照组(P<0.05),去势阿仑膦酸钠组、去势联合用药组低于去势对照组(P<0.05).结论:联合应用阿仑膦酸钠和辛伐他汀双早独应用阿仑膦酸钠对雌性去势大鼠骨质疏松有更好的防治作用,并可能通过影响OPG、OPGL发挥作用.
