| 摘 要： | 目的观察心肌缺血预适应的延迟保护对急性心肌梗死(AMl)后左室重构的影响。方法60例AMI患者,按AMI前48h内有无心绞痛发作,随机分成两组,两组均于住院1~2个月内查心脏彩色多普勒,并分别于左室收缩末期及舒张末期测量左室内径、室间隔、左室后壁厚度及左室射血时间,同时观察室壁运动状态。结果观察组左室舒张末内径,左室舒张末容积,收缩末容积,左室射血分数及室壁运动积分,与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论心肌缺血延迟预适应确有保护心肌,缩小心肌梗死范围,减轻心肌重构的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of delayed precondition ischemic on the lefe ventricular remodcling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Method 60 AMI patients are divided into two groups,one group suffering from angina pectoris in 48h before AMI while the other group are not.The parameter of the left bentricular remodeling of all patients was measured by Dopplar in 1 to 2 months.Results After 1 to 2 months,there were significant differences in the left ventricular remodeling between two groups.Conclusi... |
