小儿皮肤黏膜淋巴结综合征的诊断与治疗

目的总结按诊断标准对小儿皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征(mucocutaneous lymphnode syndrom e,MCLS)早期诊断临床经验,以及分析对比大剂量免疫球蛋白(h igh dose immun ity globub in,HD IG)治疗小儿MCLS的疗效。方法对41例川崎病患儿的临床资料,对照诊断标准进行回顾性分析。治疗观察组28例,采用HD IG联合阿司匹林治疗;疗效对照组13例,单用阿司匹林治疗。统计分析两组疗效差异。结果应用HD IG联合阿司匹林治疗小儿MCLS,在主要症状和体征消退,以及防治冠状动脉扩张等并发症方面的疗效,均明显优于阿司匹林单药治疗。结论按照目前诊断标,有利于早期诊断小儿MCLS。静脉输注大剂量免疫球蛋白联合阿司匹林,为治疗小儿MCLS的有效疗法。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Kawasaki Syndrome

Objective To summarize the clinical experiences in early diagnosis of MCLS according to the diagnosis standard in young children with skin mucous membrane lymph node syndrome and to analyze the therapeutic effect of high dose immunoglobulin(HDIG) in treating MCLS in young children.Methods The clinical data of 41 MCLS were reviewed on its diagnosis according to standard criteria.The treatment observation group,28 in number,received HDIG plus aspirin treatment.Another group consisting of 13 patients who received aspirin only in the treatment served as control.Statistical analysis was made on the curative effect between two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the group of 28 patients with MCLS treated by HDIG plus aspirin was better than that in another group of 13 patients treated with aspirin alone in respect to symptom ablation and complication occurrence such as expansion of coronary artery,etc..Conclusion Standard diagnoses at present has advantage in diagnosing MCLS in young children at the early time.The vein infusion of large dose immunoglobulin plus aspirin is an effective therapy for treatment of MCLS in young children.
