| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察复方苦参注射液合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 :6 0例随机分为治疗组及对照组各30例 ,治疗组用复方苦参注射液及甘利欣 ,对照组单用甘利欣治疗。结果 :治疗组临床症状、体征、肝功能、HBe Ag的改善均优于对照组 ,其中乏力和肝区疼痛的改善有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1)。AL T和 AST有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :复方苦参注射液合甘利欣治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效较好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of the compound injection of sophora flavescens and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection on treating chronic hepatitis B.Methods:The 60 cases suffered chronic hepatitis B had been randomly divided into two groups,30 each.The tested group had been treated by compound injection of sophora flavescens and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,and the control,treated by diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection only.Results:The symptoms,objective sign,liver function and the improvement of HBeAg in the test were better than those in the control,among the indexes,the symptoms,hypodynamia and hepatalgia in the test were more improved than those in the control (P<0.05) ,and ALT and AST between the groups showed significant difference (P<0.01) .Conclusion:The drugs,compound injection of sophora flavescens and diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,are an effect in treating chronic hepatitis B. |
