| 摘 要： | 目的观察大鼠饮用黄芪水煎剂对高脂饲料性肥胖的影响,并初步探讨其作用机理。方法SD大鼠,随机分为3组:(l)正常对照组,(2)高脂组,(3)黄芪组。每周定时称体重1次,在第7周末,测定血糖、胰岛素及丙二醛的含量。结果黄芪组大鼠与高脂组相比,血清MDA、胰岛素水平均降低。结论饮用黄芪水煎剂可明显降低高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的血清MDA及胰岛素水平。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveObserve the effect of the water decoction of Huangqi on the adiposity of high grease forage of rats and primarily research its mechanisms.MethodsWe randomly dispart SD rats into three groups:regular control groups,high blood grease groups and Huangqi groups and weigh them up every week,at the end of the seventh week,determine the contents of Glu,INS and MDA.ResultsComparing Huangqi groups with high blood grease groups,the contents of INS and MDA are lower in the rats of Huangqi groups.ConclusionTaking of the water decoction of Huangqi can reduce the level of MDA and INS in high grease forage fat rats. |
