| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨钼靶X线检查中微钙化在早期乳腺癌的应用价值。方法:采用美国GE公司全屏数字化钼铹双靶乳腺摄影机进行头尾位(CC位)和(MLO位)摄影。结果:78例乳腺癌钼靶X线摄影中,针尖样钙化45例,泥沙样钙化31例,小杆样钙化38例,粗颗粒样钙化2例。结论:微钙化在乳腺癌早诊断和早治疗中有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of minute calcifications by Molybdenum Photography in early breast cancer. Methods All of them were scanned photographed by GE Senographe DS Galactophore device conducted by CC and MLO projections. Results In 78 cases, there were 45 cases of needlepoint,31 cases shape of hoarse,58 cases of forked,2 cases shape of bulky. Conclusion Minute calcifications is of great importance in early breast cancer. |
