笑气吸入镇痛在结肠镜诊疗中的应用

目的探讨笑气吸入镇痛在结肠镜诊疗中的镇痛效果。方法自愿接受笑气吸入镇痛的结肠镜检查患者110例、结肠镜下息肉摘除术患者10例作为观察组,同期选择120例常规结肠镜检查患者为对照组,观察两组的镇痛效果及术前、术中、术后患者心率（HR）、血氧饱和度（SPO2）、血压（BP）的变化情况。结果观察组术中HR、SPO2、BP与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;且镇痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论结肠镜诊疗时应用笑气吸入镇痛起效快,效果好,操作简便安全。

The Application of Inhaling Nitrous Oxide for Analgesia in Diagnosis and Therapy with Colonoscopy

Objective To investigate the effect of nitrous oxide for analgesia with colonoscopy.Methods To take 110 patients who were willing to accept using nitrous oxide to ease the pain with colonoscopy and 10 patients to use colonoscopy for excision of polyp as the observation group;at the same time,120 patients who use colonoscopy for diagnosis as usual are chosen as comparison;the effect of the analgesic and the HR,SPO2 and BP of the patients between these two groups were observed.Results There was a significant difference in the patients＇ HR,SPO2 and BP between these two groups（P0.05） and the effect of the analgesic was visible（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of using nitrous oxide to ease the pain during diagnosis and therapy with colonoscopy is fast and obvious,and the operation is easy and safe.
