Caspase-9和Survivin在肝细胞癌患者癌组织中的表达

目的：探讨Survivin和caspase-9在肝细胞肝癌（hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC）患者癌组织中的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系。方法2013年1月至2013年5月住院治疗的HCC患者53例，应用免疫组织化学方法分析Survivin和caspase-9蛋白在HCC组织中的表达，对应的癌旁正常肝组织作为对照。结果Survivin蛋白表达在HCC组织中阳性率为66．04％（35/53），明显高于正常肝组织的7．55％（4/53）。相反，caspase-9蛋白表达在HCC组织中阳性率仅为35．85％（19/53），显著低于正常肝组织的64．15％（51/53），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。T期、N期、M期患者HCC组织中Survivin蛋白表达阳性率呈现不断攀升趋势，而caspase-9蛋白表达阳性率则呈逐渐下降趋势。结论Survivin在HCC组织中高表达，并有可能通过抑制caspase-9蛋白来抑制组织细胞的凋亡。

Study on the expression of Survivin and caspase-9 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of Survivin and caspase-9 in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC）and their relationship with cell apoptosis. Methods HCC cases admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2013 were enrolled. Tumor tissues of HCC patients were selected as observation group and the corresponding para-tumor normal liver tissues were selected as control group. Immunohistochemistry was used to analyze the expression of Survivin and caspase-9,and to study their correlation with the clinical features of HCC. Results The positive rate of Survivin expression in observation group was 66.04% （35/53）,which was significantly higher than that in control group of 7.55%（4/53）. In contrast,the positive rate of caspase-9 expression in observation group was 35.85% （19/53）,which was significantly lower than control group of 64.15% （51/53）.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. At the same time,among T stage,N stage,M stage patients in observation group,the positive expression rate of Survivin in HCC tissues showed a rising trend,while the positive rate of caspase-9 expression decreased gradually. Conclusion Survivin is highly expressed in HCC tissues and it might inhibit cell apoptosis by suppressing the expression of caspase-9 .
