肺炎液灌肠治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床观察

目的观察肺炎液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将150例小儿支气管肺炎住院患儿按入院顺序随机分为治疗组86例和对照组64例,在基础治疗相同的条件下,治疗组应用中药肺炎液灌肠治疗,观察两组患儿的疗效及症状和体征消失的时间。结果治疗组患儿痊愈61例,显效16例,有效5例,无效4例;对照组患儿痊愈31例,显效16例,有效8例,无效9例,两组患儿疗效间差别有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。两组患儿的发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部罗音消失时间间差别均有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组患者治疗期间无不良反应,对照组出现皮疹1例。结论肺炎液治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切。

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Feiyanye on Children with Bronchopneumonia

Objective To investigate the effect of Feiyanye on children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 150 patients were divided randomly into two groups.The treatment group(n=86)were treated by enteroclysis with Feiyanye.The control group(n=64)were on the same basic conditions as the the treatment group.The effect and extinction time of symptoms and physical signs were observed.Results Of the 86 patients in the treament group,61 were well-healed,16 were shown to be improved significantly,5 were shown to be improved slightly,and 4 failed to be improved.Of the 64 patients in the control group,31 were well-healed,16 were shown to be improved significantly,8 were shown to be improved slightly,and 9 failed to be improved.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the effects(P<0.01).There were also significant differences between the two groups in the extinction time of fever,cough,gasp,and lung rales.(P<0.01).Conclusion The study clearly conforms that It is an effective method to treat children with bronchopneumonia by feiyanye,and it has no adverse effect.
