理肺通络方对肺炎支原体肺炎大鼠肺泡灌洗液中sIgA的干预作用

目的 观察肺炎支原体肺炎大鼠肺泡灌洗液sIgA的含量及理肺通络方的干预作用。方法 将40只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、中药组、西药组，每组10只。一次性滴鼻感染肺炎支原体国际标准株（MPFH）菌液（每毫升含肺炎支原体10^7变色单位）造成肺炎支原体肺炎模型。造模第11 d起，除正常组外，其余各组分别灌服生理盐水、理肺通络方水煎剂、阿齐霉素溶液，2mL／只。中药组连续服药10d，西药组前、后3d灌药液，中间4d灌生理盐水。在治疗的第11d处死动物，观察各组大鼠血清MP—IgM滴度及右肺组织形态学，采用放免双抗夹心法检测sIgA含量。结果 模型组大鼠血清MP—IgM阳性，光镜下显示肺组织炎性细胞浸润和组织损伤明显；与正常组比较，模型组、中药组、西药组肺泡灌洗液中sIgA含量显著降低，有高度统计意义（P〈0．01）；与模型组比较，中药组、西药组sIgA含量显著升高（P〈0．01）；中药组与西药组比较有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论 肺炎支原体肺炎大鼠肺泡灌洗液sIgA含量下降，理肺通络合剂能提高呼吸道局部sIgA含量，且优于西药阿齐霉素，可能有助于降低再次感染的几率。

The intervention of Lifei Tongluo Decoction on sIgA in brochoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in rats

Objective To discuss the changes of sIgA in brochoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in rats, and observe the intervention of Lifei Tongluo Decoction. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into four groups which were normal group, model group, Lifei Tongluo Decoction treatment group and azithromycin treatment group, with 10 in each group. Drop the international standard strain of mycoplasma pneumoniae in nose only once (include mycoplasma 107 U/mL) to made to model. In the 11 days, except for normal group, others fed with 0.9 % sodium chloride solution, Lifei Tongluo Decoction and azithromycin solution, each 2 mL. Lifei Tongluo Decoction treatment group fed 10 days consecutively.Azithromycin treatment group fed the first and the last three days, in the middle four days fed with 0.9 % sodium chloride solution. After 10 days, killed the rats .Observed the serum MP-IgM and the right lung pathological changes with microscope.Experimented the sIgA in BALF. Results The serum MP-IgM of model group was positive and the lung inflammatory cell infiltration and tissue injury significantly. Compared with the normal group, the contents of sIgA decreased significantly(P<0.01). Compared with model group, the contents of sIgA in Lifei Tongluo Decoction treatment group and azithromycin treatment group were significant increased (P<0.01). There was also different in two treament groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The sIgA in BALF was reduced in mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia of rats. Chinese medicine is able to improve airway sIgA contents, and superior than azithromycin. Perhaps it can prevent the chance from infect again.
