焦炉作业工人肺通气功能研究

摘    要:目的:研究焦炉逸散物对作业工人肺通气功能的影响。方法:选择焦炉工人134例作接触组,不接触焦炉逸散物、粉尘及其它毒物的后勤人员137例作对照组,测试两组人员的肺通气功能,并对焦炉环境中的焦炉逸散物进行监测,作统计分析。结果:焦炉工人肺通气功能的VC、FVC、FEV1%、MVV、PEFR、V25指标低于对照组,差异有显著性(p<0.01)。焦炉逸散物浓度呈现非焦炉<炉侧<炉顶的梯度,非焦炉、炉侧、炉

Abstract:objective:To study the effect of lung ventilation function of workers exposed to emissions in coke oven.Methods:134 workers exposed to emissions in coke oven onexposed group and 137 workers neither exposed to dust nor emissions and other poison as contrast group.Both groups' lung ventilation functions measuring and the emissions in coke oven monitoring.Results:The differentes in VC.FVC.FEV1%.MVV.PEFR and V 25 between exposed workers and contrast workers were significantly (p <0.0l) .The concentration of emissions in coke oven formed a gradient in order of non-oven oven-side and oven-top lung ventilation function of the workers at non-oven. oven-rside and oven-top were not significantly different (p> 0.05) .The longer the exposure Period. the more serions dange to the lung ventilation function would be. Smoking and emissions in coke oven seemed to have a synergism to the damage of 1ung ventilation function. Conclusion:It suggested that the emissions at coke oven may damage lung ventilation function of workers exposed to emissions in coke oven. \ \
