| 摘 要： | 目的:了解艾滋病对卫生系统人力资源的冲击状况,以期为政府制定防治艾滋病策略提供理论依据。方法:调查艾滋病高发区村级卫生室基本情况、接受艾滋病防治专业知识培训情况、卫生服务提供情况等。结果:15个卫生室都开展了艾滋病的治疗工作,平均每个村卫生人员接受艾滋病防治专业知识培训2.1个月,平均每个村卫生室工作人员每个工作日花84.7%的时间用于艾滋病防治工作。结论:在艾滋病高发区,艾滋病已严重地消耗了村级卫生人力资源,应调整村级卫生人力资源政策,从多方面支持艾滋病的防治工作。 |

| Abstract: | Objective to get to know the influence of HIV/AIDS on village health resources and to provide theoretical basis for government's strategies in preventing HIV/AIDS. Methods A research was made in basic information of village clinics, professional training on preventing HIV/AIDS, and health service etc.Results HIV/AIDS has been treated in all of the 15 clinics. The average training time for education of HIV/AIDS prevention on each village doctors reaches 2.1 months. On the average, doctors in each village clinic spends 84.7% of their workday on prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS. Conclusion In areas with high incidence of HIV/AIDS, this disease has consumed considerably village health resources. Therefore, policies should be adjusted for village health resources so as to improve the prevention and control of AIDS. |
