五河县20282人肝癌筛查结果分析

目的分析肝癌筛查效果,了解人群肝癌患病影响因素。方法采取整群抽样方法,共筛查20 282名当地居民,年龄在35～64岁之间,开展癌症相关危险因素和健康知识问卷调查,并按高危人群判定标准,筛选出符合筛查条件的高危人群,经知情同意后,进行血清AFP检测和B超检查。结果检出肝癌7例（其中早期肝癌5例）,肝硬化29例（占1.43%）,AFP≥20μg/L9例（占0.44%）,检出其他肝脏异常736例（占36.2%）。肝癌和肝硬化病例中HBs Ag阳性比例较高,分别为71.4%和65.5%。一般筛查对象和高危人群不同种类膳食摄入差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.307,P〉0.05）,心理因素中环境适应能力和精神创伤在一般筛查对象与高危人群比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论开展肝癌筛查工作,对早期发现肝癌具有重要作用。

Analysis of liver cancer screening results in Wuhe county

Objective To analyze effect of liver cancer screening and provide reference for prevention and treatment of liver cancer. Methods Cancer- related risk factors and health knowledge of 20282 persons whose age were from 35 to 64（ male 35- 64,female 45- 64 years old） were investigated using questionnaire. High- risk group was selected according to the criterion for determining high- risk group and was conducted the clinical screening of AFP detection,B ultrasound examination after their informed consent. Results There were 7 cases of liver cancer（ 0. 34%,wherein 5 cases in early stage）,29 cases of cirrhosis of liver（ 1. 43%）,29 cases of abnormal AFP ≥ 20 ug / L（ 0. 44%）,and 736 cases of other abnormalities of liver（ 36. 2%）. HBs Ag Positive rate in liver cancer and cirrhosis cases was higher,71. 4% and 65. 5%respectively. Conclusion liver cancer screening was very important to find liver cancer cases earlier.
