阜阳市2009～2013年性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

目的了解性病门诊男性就诊者艾滋病防治知识知晓水平,掌握这一人群艾滋病、梅毒、丙型肝炎流行现状。方法依照《全国艾滋病哨点监测方案》要求,对阜阳市性病门诊男性就诊者哨点监测对象进行问卷调查并采集静脉血5ml进行HIV、HCV和梅毒抗体检测。结果 2009-2013年共调查性病门诊男性就诊者2 011人,艾滋病知识知晓率介于62.50%至81.24%之间;不同年龄组、婚姻状况和样本来源的调查对象知识知晓率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）,接受过有关预防艾滋病服务人群的AIDS知识知晓水平较高;接受过安全套宣传和发放/艾滋病咨询与检测（OR=5.434,P〈0.001）、自己知道HIV检测结果（OR=30.909,P=0.003）可促进艾滋病知识知晓率的提高。监测对象HIV、丙肝抗体阳性检出率均在0%-1%之间波动,梅毒抗体的阳性检出率呈逐年上升趋势。结论阜阳市性病门诊男性就诊者对艾滋病防治相关知识的知晓率较低,且梅毒检出率逐年上升,需要加强艾滋病防治知识的宣传教育。

Aanalysis of results of clinic - based sentinel AIDS/HIV surveillance among male patients from 2009 to 2013 in Fuyang

Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS/HIV related knowledge and the current prevalence status of HIV, Syphilis, and HCV among male patients in sexually transmitted disease clinic in Fuyang. Methods According to the National Protocol of AIDS Sentinel Surveillance, questionnaire investigation was carried out among male patients in sexually transmitted disease clinic. and 5ml venous blood was collected for HIV, Syphilis, and HCV detection. Results Totally 2011 participants were enrolled in this study from 2009 to 2013, the awareness rate of AIDS/HIV related knowledge was 72.25% （ 62.50% to 81.24% ）. There were significant differences in awareness rate among different age groups, marital status and sample resources （P 〈0.001）. People who had received service about AIDS prevention had higher awareness rate. The logistic regression analysis results showed that receiving condom and AIDS counseling and testing （ OR = 5.434, P 〈 0. 001 ） , knowing HIV test results （ OR = 30. 909, P = 0. 206） were could improve awareness rate of AIDS/HIV related knowledge. The positive rates of anti - HIV and anti - HCV fluctuated between 0% and 1% and the positive rate of anti - syphilis was rising year by year. Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS/HIV related knowledge among male patients in sexually transmitted disease clinic in Fuyang was relatively low, and the positive rate of anti - syphilis was rising year by year. We should strengthen health education about AIDS prevention knowledge.
