| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜在高位隐睾诊断及治疗中的应用。方法应用腹腔镜为12例腹股沟管内隐睾和4例腹腔内隐睾做游离，在腹腔镜引导下直接将睾丸固定于阴囊内，无需腹股沟部位切口。结果16例手术均获成功，随访术后3个月，14例睾丸位置满意，2例位置偏高。结论腹腔镜下可准确定位诊断和治疗隐睾，无需做腹股沟部位切口。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the role of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and management of cryptochidism. Metheds] From march 2003 to Oct. 2004, 16 patients(left 8, right 7, bilateral 1) aging from 2 to 22 years underwent Cryptochidism in laparoscopy without inguinal operational incision. Results] The laparoscopic operation in all patients was successful. The patients were followed up 3 months, showing satisfactory results except of two patients. Conclusions] Laparoscopy has been proved to be a reliable means confirming the diagnosis and operation of Cryptochidism without inguinal operational incision. |
