HS-OAE耳声发射检测系统的研制与开发

摘    要:耳声发射(OAE)是产生于内耳耳蜗,经听骨链和鼓膜传导,释放到外耳道的音频能量,在临床中有广泛应用.本文详细介绍了HS-OAE耳声发射检测系统的研制.该系统基于个人计算机和多媒体声卡实现,能够检测TEOAE和DPOAE两种耳声发射信号.硬件方面,检测系统由声学传感器,前置处理器,多媒体声卡和计算机四部分组成;软件方面,除了能够检测两种耳声发射信号,系统还实现了对病案数据的管理,制作检测报告等辅助功能.检测系统的输出声学参量经过校准,符合有关要求.文章最后介绍了与同类检测设备ILO耳声发射检测仪进行的临床对照试验的情况.临床试验的结果表明,HS-OAE耳声发射检测系统已经具备临床应用水平.

Abstract:Otoacoustic Emission(OAE) is a kind of acoustic energy that originated from the cochlea, conducted through the ossicular chain and the ear drum, and delivered to the external ear canal, which has been widely applied in clinics. The development of an OAE detecting system named HS OAE detecting system is described in detail in this paper. The system is implemented on the basis of a personal computer and a multimedia audiocard, and can detect both TEOAE and DPOAE. For hardware, it is composed of an acoustic probe, a preprocessor, a multimedia auditocard and a computer. For software, the system can not only detect both TEOAE and DPOAE, but is also has auxiliary functions, such as ma nagement of case data and generation of test reports. The acoustic output parameters were calibrated and met related standards. Control experiments, compared with ILO OAE detecting system, are also discussed, and results showed that HS OAE detecting system has been fully developed to be applied in clinics.
