CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞对HCV感染者疾病进程影响的研究

目的：探讨HCV感染者外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞的表达状况以及与疾病进程的相关性。方法：选取HCV感染者69例及健康对照23例,应用流式细胞术检测外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞的表达。结果：HCV感染组外周血中CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞占CD4^＋T细胞比例明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;慢性感染组外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞比例高于HCV无症状携带组（P〈0.05）;肝硬化组外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞比例高于慢性感染组（P〈0.05）。结论：HCV感染者外周血CD4^＋CD25^＋调节性T细胞水平与疾病进程具有相关性。

Study on the Impact of CD4+CD25+ Regulatory T Cells on the Progression of Hepatitis C Virus Infection

Objective： To investigate the expression of peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells in patients with hepatitis C and its relationship with progression of disease. Methods： Technique of flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells of 69 patients with Hepatitis C and 23 controls. Results： The percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells was significantly higher in patients with hepatitis C than those in healthy controls （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The chronic hepatitis C group had a higher percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells than that of asymptomatic carrier （P 〈 0. 05 ） and the group of patients with liver cirrhosis had a higher percentage of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells than that of chronic hepatitis C group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Peripheral blood CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T cells levels are correlated with the progression of HCV infection.
