研究生立体化集中式社会实践模式的实施与思考

目的 探讨2011年- 2013年医学研究生社会实践工作的共性与特点,了解社会实践参与者的感受与建议,为进一步开展实践育人工作的理论创新与实践尝试提供依据.方法 对2011年-2013年北京大学医学部研究生社会实践资料进行总结,并以2011年-2013年社会实践的主要参与者——2013届全体研究生为调查对象进行自编式问卷调查.结果 医学研究生的社会实践以集中式组队、立体化实践、无稳定活动基地、激励机制单一为特点.通过实践,参与者获得锻炼,希望鼓励和开展个人实践,建议学校给予社会实践工作大力支持并严格要求.结论 有针对性地发挥医学研究生的专业优势,积极倡导个人实践、灵活社会实践内容、推动成果转化、长效化激励机制,将对创新性推进医学研究生社会实践工作具有指导意义。

Practice and thinking of the centralized and three-dimensional model of social practice in graduate students

Objective To summarize the commonness and characteristics of medical postgraduates＇ social practice work in recent three years,understand the feelings and suggestions of participants in social practice,and provide the basis for further theory innovation and practice efforts.Methods Data of PUHSC postgraduates in 2011-2013 were analyzed and summarized,and graduate students of 2013 session as subjects were investigated by questionnaire.Results Social practice of medical postgraduate students had the characteristics of centralized team,three-dimensional practice,no stable base,single incentive mechanism.Through practice,participants got exercise,hoped to develop personal practice,and suggested the university to give more strong support and strict demands on it.Conclusions It should has guiding significance for innovation in medical graduate social practice work while targeted developing the professional advantages of medical graduates,actively advocating individual social practice,making practice content flexible,promoting transformation,and making long-term incentive mechanism.
