某院急诊专科护士培训体系的构建

目的 探讨适合某院急诊专科护士培训体系的构建,以提高急诊专科护士的能力。方法 建立新的、系统的专科护士培训与准入制度,根据工作年限及掌握专业技术能力要求按急诊三个区域,分四个阶段,对急诊专科护士进行系统化、有目标、有计划的岗前和在岗培训。结果 通过实施分区域、分阶段急诊专科护士培训体系,护士的理论水平、操作能力、预检分诊准确率、抢救成功率、病人满意度、适应工作能力、沟通能力等方面有明显提高。前后比较差异有统计学意义。结论 某院通过对急诊专科护士进行科学的分区域、分阶段的专业培训,收到满意成效。提高了急诊护理质量和工作效率,为病人提供高效、便捷、优质的服务。

Construction of Emergency Specialist Nurse Training System in A Hospital

Objective ：To improve the ablhty of emergency specialist nurses oy construcung smtaoe training system. Methods ： Building new specialist training system and access system, according to the work experience and requirements of professional knowledge and skill, according to the emergency three regions, divided into four stages and making the train- ing plan in four phases to provide a systematic and objective training on emergency specialist nurses. Rostllts：Through the implementation of regional, emergency specialist nurse training system in stages, nurses＇ theoretical level, operation score, triage accuracy, success rate of rescue, patient satisfaction, work ability and communication ability have significantly im- proved with significant differences. Conclusion：The ubregional and professional training system showed satisfactory re- suits. It can mprove the quality and work efficiency of emergency nurses, to provide efficient, convenient, high quality service for patients.
