| 摘 要： | 本文系统分析了医学课程形成性考试改革中存在的问题及其原因，提出了有效推进医学院校形成性考试改革的措施，包括更新学生成绩评价观念与评价标准，提高认识积极投身考试改革，建立形成性考试体系，建立形成性考试改革激励机制和教师职业技能培训体系。
