摘    要:目的比较亳紫菀药材不同药用部位紫菀酮的含量。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对亳紫菀的不同药用部位进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对不同药用部位紫菀酮的含量进行测定。结果TLC分析亳紫菀根状茎、根、母根均在相应的Rf值处显相同颜色的荧光斑点,且阴性无干扰;HPLC法所测紫菀酮含量大小依次为根〉母根〉根状茎,所测精密度、稳定性、重复性及加样回收率均良好。结论该方法简便、准确、分离度好,为亳紫菀的产地加工提供了依据。

The comparison and analysis about the effective ingredient content of the different positions in Radix asteris in Bozhou

Abstract:Objective To compare the content of shionone in different parts of the medicinal materials of Radix asteris. Methods TLC was used to identify the different medicinal part of Radix asteris. HPLC was used to measure the content of shionone. Results By TLC,rhizoma,root and mother root showed the fluorescent spots in same color with corresponding of Radix asteris and had no any interference. By HPLC,the content of shionone was in the following decreasing order: root,mother root,rhizoma. The precision,stability,repeatability and recovery were all good.Conclusion This method is simple,convenient and accurate,also in high efficiency of separation. It can be further used in processing Radix asteris in production place.
