护理人文关怀在ICU病房气管切开术后患者中应用的效果分析

目的 探讨护理人文关怀在ICU病房气管切开患者中的应用效果.方法 选取2012年5月～2014年5月入住我院ICU病房行气管切开术的患者122例,随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,对患者进行人文关怀,比较分析两组的临床效果.结果 观察组患者的焦虑情况明显低于对照组、患者的基础护理质量、对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 护理人文关怀应用于ICU病房气管切开患者中,能缓解患者的焦虑状态,提高护理质量,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得临床关注及推广应用。

Effects of Humanistic Nursing in ICU Patients after Tracheotomy

Abstract：Objective：To discuss applications and effects of humanistic nursing in ICU patients after tracheotomy. Methods： 122 patients scheduled for ICU elective after tracheotomy in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received usual care,while the obser- vation group received humanistic concern on the basis of the usual care. Compare the clinical effects between groups. Results： The anxiety of the control group was significantly lower than the observation group, patients on the basis of nurs- ing quality and satisfaction to nursing work was higher than the observation group, the differences were statistically signifi- cant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Humanistic nursing can relief the anxiety state of patients in ICU after tracheotomy, im- prove the quality nursing and satisfactory degree . It is worthy of clinical attention and promotion applications.
