烟熏加工当归药材的薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘    要:目的建立烟熏加工当归药材的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法,探讨烟熏温度及烟熏时间对当归薄层色谱的影响。方法采用硅胶GF254薄层板,以甲苯-乙酸乙酯-冰乙酸(90∶10∶2)为展开剂,阿魏酸、Z-藁本内酯为对照品,采用薄层色谱法对8批不同烟熏条件加工的当归药材进行定性鉴别。结果建立的方法药材用量少,薄层色谱信息丰富,操作简便、快速。结论不同烟熏条件加工的当归药材主要化学成分无明显差异,该法为烟熏加工当归药材的质量控制提供了科学依据。

Study on identification of smoked Angelica sinensis by TLC

Abstract:Objective To establish the TLC identification method for smoked Angelica sinensis,and to investigate the influence of smoking temperature and time on the TLC of Angelica sinensis. Methods Silica-GF254-CMCNa plate was used with toluene-ethyl,acetate-acetic acid( 90∶ 10∶ 2) as developing solvent,ferulic acid and Z-ligustilide as reference substances. 8 batches of smoked Angelica sinensis were identified by TLC. Results The m ethod was less of sample usage,rich in information of TLC,easy and fast to operate. Conclusion The main c hemical components have no significant difference among Angelica sinensis smoked by different processing conditions. The method can provide scientific basis for the quality control of smoked Angelica sinensis.
