乡镇卫生院医疗卫生工作现状调查对基层卫生人才培养的启示

目的了解乡镇卫生院医疗卫生工作现状，为农村卫生人才培养提供借鉴。方法采用随机抽样的方法，现场问卷调查9所乡镇卫生院的598名医务人员，并对结果进行分析。结果基层医生应具备的5项基本素质中，排在前3位的是责任心、奉献精神和服务意识；基层医生应具备的6种主要能力，排在前3位的是临床工作能力、专业操作能力、分析思维能力；医务工作内容及执行频率中，对80%以上的病人都做的是保证病人安全、与疾病治疗相关的任务；进行各科常见疾病顺位调查，各科排在前10位的疾病均为常见病。结论加强农村卫生技术人才培养，需完善医学教育体系，严格执业资格，要突出现代医学观念的转变，建立全科医生培训制度。

Implications of fostering primary health care personnel resources from survey and analysis of current township hospitals medical work

Objective To explore the current township hospitals medical work, and to propose the strategies to medical education for contributing to health labor resources in rural China. Methods The random sampling and field investigation was conducted with questionnaires to 598 medical staff among 9 township hospitals. Results Responsibility, dedication spirit, and service consciousness are the top three of the five possessed essential criteria; Clinical competence, professional operation ability, and analytic ability are the three of the six possessed key capability. To ensure safety and fulfill disease-related tasks are done for more than 80% patients among doctors’ work content and execution frequency; The top ten is all common disease, when surveying the sequence of common disease among all departments. Conclusions Nursing education should identify the special field of nursing in rural area;The curriculum should focus on community nursing; Nursing students’ career planning education should be strengthened; Rural nurses’ standardized training strategies should be established, and a team of nursing education professionals work for rural nursing improvement should be built. Fostering rural basic health humanity resources should be strengthened, medical education system needs to be perfect, practicing qualification should be strict, changing medical concept should be highlighted, and general practitioners’ training system should be estab-lished.
