标准化病人在妇产科学临床教学中的应用效果

摘    要:目的 探讨标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)在妇产科学临床教学中的应用效果.方法 选择在湖北医药学院第三临床学院见习的2010级五年制临床医学专业120名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,实验组60人,对照组60人,分别进行SP强化训练和常规教学训练.训练结束后对两组学生进行理论及临床技能考核;同时,就教学情况对两组学生进行问卷调查.结果 实验组学生对教学的满意度高于对照组学生,对知识的掌握和对从业后接诊患者的自信心优于对照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).理论考试结果显示,客观题成绩及知识点错误数,两组学生比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是,实验组学生的临床病例分析成绩高于对照组学生,知识点错误数低于对照组学生,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).临床技能考核成绩比较,实验组学生的病史采集、妇科检查及产科检查等专科检查成绩高于对照组学生(P<0.05),尤其在医患沟通、临床思维方面,实验组学生成绩明显好于对照组学生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 妇产科学临床教学中,应用标准化病人可以提高医学生的临床实践技能。

Abstract:Objective Standardized patients (standardized patient,SP) in the value of practice teaching in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Students as the research object who grade 2010,five year medical program in Third Clinical Medical College,Hubei University of Medicine,were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and control group in 60 people.Training finished,the students of two groups would be surveyed with questionnaire.Results Questionnaire survey,the experimental group students' satisfaction is higher than the control group of teaching students,students' mastery of knowledge and confidence of employed after accepts patients compared with control group,difference has statistical significance (P〈0.01) in the theory exam,according to the results of the traditional theory exam grades and knowledge point error number,the more similar between the two groups had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05) ; However,clinical case analysis of the experimental group students score higher than the control group of students,the knowledge point error count lower than control group,the difference statistically significant (P〈0.05) in clinical skills examination result comparison,the experimental group students' medical history collection fu inspection and production inspection and other specialized examination is higher than the control group (P 〈 0.05),especially in the aspect of clinical thinking doctor-patient communication,the experimental group was better than the control group students,student performance differences statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusions Obstetrics and gynecology interrogation standardized patients in clinical practice teaching can improve medical students' clinical practice skills.
