| 摘 要： | 分析干燥综合征的病因、病机、典型症状与脾的关系,认为干燥综合征以脾虚阴亏为本、燥毒血瘀为标,脾虚是干燥综合征缠绵难愈的根源,治疗时当从脾论治,把健脾益气贯穿于治疗的始终。

| Abstract: | This article discussed from the relationship between spleen disease and etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis together with typical symptoms of sjogren syndrome（ SS）,thought that spleen deficiency and insufficiency of Yin are the root causes of SS while dryness toxin and blood stasis are the symptoms,spleen deficiency is the root of the lingering and refractory SS,treated from the spleen is of important significance. |
