复脉汤对缺血性心律失常大鼠保护作用的实验研究

目的研究复脉汤对缺血性心律失常大鼠的干预作用。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组,模型组,盐酸普罗帕酮组,炙甘草汤组,复脉汤高、中、低剂量组,各组大鼠灌胃给药14 d后,结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支（除假手术组外）,造成急性心肌缺血模型,记录各组大鼠Ⅱ导联心电图1 h后,腹主动脉取血检测谷草转氨酶（AST）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）。心律失常的严重程度采用心律失常评分判定。结果复脉汤各剂量组均可不同程度地降低AST、CK-MB含量,与模型组比较差异有统计意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。心律失常评分显示,复脉汤各剂量组及炙甘草汤组与模型组比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）;复脉汤各剂量组与盐酸普罗帕酮组比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;复脉汤中、低剂量组与炙甘草汤组比较,差异有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论复脉汤对缺血性心律失常有一定的保护作用,其效果优于盐酸普罗帕酮和炙甘草汤。

Experimental study of Fumai Decoction protective effects on ischemic arrhythmias in rats

Objective To study the effect of using Fumai Decoction on rats of ischemic arrhythmias. Methods The experiment was divided into sham operation group,model group,propafenone hydrochloride group,Zhigancao Decoction group,high,medium and low dose groups of Fumai Decoction. After the administration in 14 days,models of acute myocardial ischemia was prepared,at the same time,recording ECG of Ⅱ lead for each rat per hour,then detecting the contain of AST and CK-MB in the serum of rats. The severity of the arrhythmia would be determined by arrhymia score. Results Compared with the model group,the content of AST and CK-MB could be reduced by the administration of Fumai Decoction. Compared with the model group,statistical difference was discovered by using the arrhymia score. Compared with the propafenone hydrochloride group,the score of Fumai Decoction groups had statistical difference. Compared with the Zhigancao Decoction group,the score of midium and low dose groups had statistical difference. Conclusion Compared with the Zhigancao Decoction and propafenone hydrochloride,Fumai Decoction has a better effect of protecting the ischemic arrhythmias on rats.
