海峡两岸医学生交流活动模式研究

随着海峡两岸医学生交流活动的不断发展,活动的管理模式和内容设计不断地演变和优化,两岸医学生也在共通的文化和专业背景下,建立了友谊与互信,并且通过交流扩展了视野,从不同的角度审视医学教育和卫生体系所面临的诸多挑战.本文采用访谈、问卷调查和参与活动进行观察的方法,从活动预期与效果、活动管理模式、活动内容设计等方面,对4届海峡两岸医学生交流活动进行研究和分析,探讨了在中华民族文化共通的背景下两岸医学生的交流活动模式.

The model study of the cross-strait medical student exchange program

With the development of the cross-strait medical student exchange program,both the program management mechanism and the design of the activities are evolving and improving.The medical students from both sides,with the same culture and professional background,established a friendship and mutual trust,as well as broadened their vision through communication,and better investigated the challenges facing the medical education and health system from different perspectives.The purpose of this article is to analyze the model of this program in terms of the expectation and effect of the program,program management mechanism,and the design of program activities,by using the methods of interviews,questionnaires,and observation.
