某公司碳化钨技术改造项目职业病危害预评价

目的识别、评价和分析建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定建设项目的职业危害类别,对拟采取的职业病危害防护设施进行分析和评价,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供可行的技术依据。方法采用类比法与定量分级法结合进行类比调查。结果本项目属于职业病危害一般的项目;项目选址与总体布局、生产工艺及设备布局、拟采取的职业病防护措施设计、卫生辅助用室等方面均符合国家卫生标准;本项目主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声和钨及其化合物。结论该项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,只是某些职业病防护设计有待强化。从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Pre-evaluation of Occupational Hazards of Tungsten Carbide Technical Transformation Project in A Company

[ Objective] To identify, evaluate and analyze the occurrence of possible occupational hazards in this construction project in order to confirm the type of occupational hazards ; to evaluate the effects of the equipment on occupational hazard control in order to provide scientific evidences for the inspection by health administrative departments on this construction project. [ Methods] The assessment was conducted by using analogy. [ Results] This construction project was ordinary occupational hazard items, including the selection of site, the arrangement and layout of the facilities, occupational disease prevention and protection measures, hygiene e- quipment of auxiliary workplaces met the requirements of the national laws and regulations ; the main occupational hazard factors which might exist in the item were dust, noise and tungsten carbide. [ Conclusion] The occupational hazards, which possibly present in the productive process of the project, can be prevented. However, the design of some occupational prevention needs to be improved. From the view of occupational health, this constructive project is feasible.
