| 摘 要： | 目的 总结体外循环下（CPB）施行气管肿瘤切除的经验。方法 自1999年12月-2001年3月，对2例不例进行气管插管的气管肿瘤患者实施CPB下肿瘤切除，1例行根治性切除、隆突重建术，另1例行窗形姑息性切除。CPB时间分别为168min和47min。结果 手术过程顺利。1例因CPB时间较长，术后渗血较多。2例患者康复顺利，近期疗效好。结论 对不能进行气管插管的气管肿瘤患者，应该选择CPB氧合切除肿瘤。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To review the experience in resection of teacheal tumor under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).METHODS From December 1999 to March 2001,we resected 2 cases of tracheal tumor withingdifficulty in tracheal tube by applicating CPB. One case of patient were performed radical resection of tracheal tumor and caring reconstruction.The other was taken fenestration fo trachea. The time of CPB were 168 minutes and 47 minutes .RESULTS The operations were finished smoothly.One paient had hematorrhea postoperativly,because of longer CPB time.The two patients recoveredtheirhealth well with good early effects .CONCLUSION For the operation of tracheal tumor with difficulty in tracheal . |
