紫外分光光度法测定复方电解质葡萄糖注射液(MG3、M3A、M3B、R2A、R4A)中的5-羟甲基糠醛

摘    要:目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定复方电解质葡萄糖注射液中杂质5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。方法:根据5-羟甲基糠醛的紫外吸收光谱,在284nIn波长处测定吸光度。结果:吸光度与5-羟甲基糠醛的浓度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=0.1379X +4.2824×10^-3,相关系数r=0.9999,线性范围为0.1072—5.360μg/ml,检出限为0.032μg/ml。结论:该方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于复方电解质葡萄糖注射液(MG3、M3A、M3B、R2A、R4A)的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective : To establish a spectrophotometric method for quantitative determination of 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - furaldehyde in electrolytes and glucose compound injection. Methods : The absorbance at wavelength of 284 nm was measured. Results : The absorbance was linearly proportional to the concentration of 5 - hydroxymethyl - 2 - furaldehyde within the range of 0. 107 2 - 5. 360 μg/ml and the detection limit was 0.032 μg/ml. Conclusion : The method established provides a sensitive, simple and accuracy measurement of 5 -hydroxymethyl- 2 -furaldehyde in electrolytes and glucose compound injection.
