血管回声跟踪技术评价脑梗死患者颈动脉弹性的研究

摘    要:目的应用血管回声跟踪技术检测脑梗死患者的颈动脉弹性特征。方法脑梗死组48例,正常对照组33例。应用血管回声跟踪技术评估颈动脉硬化参数,包括压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬化参数(β)、顺应性(AC)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)及增大指数(AI),并对上述参数进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组颈动脉Ep、β、PWVβ、AI值较正常对照组明显增高,AC值较正常对照组明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论应用血管回声跟踪技术有助于对脑梗死患者颈动脉弹性功能的评估。

Abstract:Objective To study features of carotid artery by echo-tracking technique in patients with cerebral infarc-tion.Methods There were 48 cases in the cerebral infarction group and 33 cases in the control group.Echo-tracking tethnique was used to evaluate the carotid elastic parameyers,the parameters include pressure-stiain elastic modulus(Ep),stiffness parameters(β),arterial compliance(AC),pulse wave velocity(PWWβ),augmentation index(AI).All these parameters were analyzed statistically.Results Compared with the control group,Ep,β,PWVβand AI in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher,AC was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusions Echo-track-ing technique can be used to evaluate the carotid elastic function in patients with cerebral infarction.
