新鲜冰冻灭活血浆制备冷沉淀的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨新鲜冰冻灭活血浆制备冷沉淀的可行性。方法分别用新鲜冰冻血浆和新鲜冰冻灭活血浆制备冷沉淀,应用CA500全自动血液凝固仪检测Ⅷ因子(FⅧ:C)、血管性血友病因子(vWF)和纤维蛋白原(Fb)的含量,比较2种原料制备的冷沉淀成分变化。结果新鲜冰冻灭活血浆制备的冷沉淀中FW:c、vWF及Fb均有不同程度的降低,但损失量均小于25%,仍然符合血液成分质量的国家标准。结论新鲜冰冻灭活血浆制备冷沉淀具有可行性。

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the feasibility of preparing cryoprecipitate from fresh frozen virus-inactivated plasma.[Methods]Cryoprecipitate from fresh frozen plasma and fresh frozen virus-inactivated plasma were prepared, the contents of FVⅢ:C, vWF and Fb were detected by automated blood coagulation analyzer, then the changes of the contents of 2 groups were compared.[Results]The contents of FVIII:C, vWF and Fb in cryoprecipitate from fresh frozen virus-inactivated plasma all decreased to different degrees, but the losses were all less than 25%, and met the national standard of quality of blood components.[Conclusion]It is feasible to prepare cryoprecipitate from fresh frozen virus-inactivated plasma.
