回族2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状及影响因素分析

目的 调查回族2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为水平，并探讨其相关影响因素。 方法 采用便利抽样法抽取宁夏回族聚居地区的2型糖尿病患者114例，问卷内容由一般资料和糖尿病患者自我管理行为组成。结果 回族2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为平均得分为92.96分，得分指标是71.50%，高于已有汉族糖尿病患者相关得分的研究（P＜0.001）。其中83.33%的患者处于中等自我管理水平，而处于良好自我管理水平者占9.65％，遵嘱用药得分最高，而规律锻炼和血糖监测得分较低。结论 回族2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为总体处于中等水平。自我管理行为是糖尿病管理的基础，同时也是2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的预测因子，全面提高各维度的自我管理行为可维持血糖稳定，提升生活质量。

Survey and analysis on self-management behaviors in Hui nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the current situation of self-management behaviors among Hui nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, in order to analyze its influential factors. Methods A total of 114 Hui nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from Hui settlement of Ningxia were chosen by convenience sampling method. The questionnaire given included the general information and self-management behaviors. Results The average score of self-management behaviors in Hui nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was 92.96, which was higher than that being reported from the past (P＜0.001). 83.33% of the patients indicated moderate level of self-management and 9.65% of which showed higher level. Medication compliance reached the highest score, in contrast, the dimension scores of regular exercises and glucose self-monitoring were the lowest score. Conclusion The self-management behaviors in Hui nationality patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were better than others' research. Good self-management behaviors may maintain diabetic patients' blood glucose and enhance the quality of life.
