2009-2013年高唐县育龄妇女死亡原因分析

目的 分析高唐县育龄妇女死亡的原因,为探讨相应的干预措施提供科学依据,以降低育龄妇女死亡率。方法 对2009-2013年高唐县常住人口的育龄妇女死亡个案进行回顾性调查分析研究。结果 5年间育龄妇女死亡数为516例,年均粗死亡率76.59/10万,标化死亡率49.31/10万;农村死亡率高于城镇(χ2=8.097,P=0.005);前5位死亡原因为恶性肿瘤、伤害、心血管病、脑血管病和肾脏疾病;前5位恶性肿瘤死亡原因为肺癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、肝癌和白血病;前5位伤害死亡原因为交通事故、自杀、中毒、淹死和触电;死亡率随年龄的增长而增高,45～49岁年龄段死亡率最高,为222.76/10万。结论 加大恶性肿瘤和伤害的预防控制力度是降低农村育龄妇女死亡率的关键。

Causes of death of women of childbearing age in Gaotang,2009-2013

Objective To analyze the causes of death of women of childbearing age in Gaotang County,and provide a scientific basis for the study of the corresponding intervention measures to reduce the mortality of women of childbearing age. Methods A retrospective study was carried out on the death cases of women of childbearing age in Gaotang County from 2009 to 2013.Results During the 5 years,the death number of women of childbearing age was 516 cases,the average annual crude mortality rate was 76.59/10 million,standardized mortality rate was 49.31/10 million;mortality in rural area was higher than that in urban areas(χ2=8.097,P=0.005,the difference was statistically significant);top five causes of death were malignant tumor,injury,cardiovascular disease,cerebrovascular disease and kidney disease;the cause of the death of the top five malignant tumors is lung cancer,breast cancer,gastric cancer,liver cancer,and leukemia;the five leading cause of injury was traffic accident,suicide,poisoning,drowning and electric shock;mortality increases with the growth of the age,45 to 49 years of age mortality highest,222.76/10.Conclusion The key to reducing the mortality of rural women of childbearing age is to strengthen the prevention and control of malignant tumor and injury.
