| Abstract: | BACKGROUND: During degeneration of cervical spine, biochemical changes appeared in intervertebral disc cells. During this process, a variety of inflammatory cytokines may lead to disc herniation, which stimulates the production of a variety of inflammatory factors from surrounding adjacent tissue. |
