2004 - 2015年重庆市男男性行为人群艾滋病流行状况分析

目的 分析重庆市2004 - 2015年男男同性性行为人群艾滋病流行状况，为控制男男同性性行为人群中艾滋病的传播和蔓延提供科学依据。方法 从中国疾病预防控制信息系统艾滋病综合防治信息系统导出报告病例相关历史卡片，用Excel 2007建立数据库，采用SPSS17.0统计软件描述性分析。结果 截至2015年12月31日，重庆市累计报告男男同性性行为人群HIV/AIDS 6 686例，累计死亡266例；以20～39岁年龄为主，占70.1%；未婚为主，占68.7%；文化程度较高，高中及以上文化程度占72.9%；男男同性性行为人数P25为2人，中位数为3人，P75为10人；疫情报告主要来源为自愿咨询检测和专题调查，分别占38.4%、28.6%，占全部来源的67.0%。结论 重庆市男男同性性行为人群HIV/AIDS报告数呈快速增加趋势，多性伴广泛存在，应采取针对性措施控制艾滋病在男男同性性行为人群中的传播。

Epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men from 2004 to 2015 in Chongqing

Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men (MSM) from 2004 to 2015 in Chongqing, in order to provide scientific evidence for developing prevention and control measures. Methods Basic database of cases was established through the national AIDS reporting information system. And data were examined and analyzed by software SPSS 17.0. Results By the end of 2015, a total of 6686 cases had been reported accumulatively, with 266 mortalities. The cases aged from 20 to 39 years old accounted for 70.1%. 68.7% of the cases were unmarried. 72.9% of the cases had higher culture background (senior high school graduated or above). The median (P25~P75) of sexual partners was three (2~10). Positive samples from Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) and Special Survey accounted for 38.4% and 28.6, respectively, and accounted for 67.0% of total cases. Conclusion The reported cases of HIV/AIDS among men who have sex with men was on the rapid rise from 2004 to 2015 in Chongqing. Multiple sexual partners widely existed. Effective strategies should be focused on the homosexual transmission.
