Abstract:BACKGROUND:To improve the mechanical properties and uncontrollability of degradation of decellularized matrix, we manufactured genipin cross-linked decellularized annulus fibrosus matrix/chitosan hydrogels as annulus fibrosus tissue-engineered scaffold.
