2009-2014年金山区流感样病例哨点监测结果分析

摘要:目的 了解2009-2014年上海市金山区流行性感冒流行特征,为流感防治提供科学依据。-方法 对辖区内开展的流感样病例(简称ILI病例)监测情况和病原学检测结果进行流行病学分析。结果 2009-2014年金山区ILI占门诊就诊人数百分比(ILI%)逐年下降,金山区各周ILI%在1.74%-27.38%之间,平均为3.92%。ILI%高峰多出现在每年30周左右。15岁以下儿童少年ILI病例数构成比明显高于其他年龄人群。ILI病例采样3 620份,阳性1 149份,阳性率为31.47%,各年流行毒株不同。结论 金山区流感监测结果与上海市其他区县监测结果基本一致,流行季节为夏秋季,发病以15岁以下儿童青年为主,病原学显示，每年流行毒株不断变化,提示流感防控应有针对性进行。

Surveillance on influenza in Jinshan district,Shanghai city,2009-2014

Abstract:Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of influenza-like illness(ILI)and its trend so as to provide evidence for further research,prevention and treatment of the disease in Jinshan District.Methods The epidemiological analyses were conducted based on the surveillance of ILI cases and etiological results in Jinshan District,Shanghai.Results The ILI% from 2009 to 2014 decreased year by year.During the year 2009 to 2014,the weekly visit percentage of ILI was among 1.74% and 27.38%,reaching an average at 3.92%.The pandemic peak mostly appeared in the 30th week each year.People below the age of fifteen got a higher visit percentage and influenza morbidity than people of other age people.From 2009 to 2014,the 3620 specimens were collected,31.47% were PCR positive.The epidemic isolates were different from 2009 to 2014.Conclusion The surveillance of ILI cases in Jinshan District was basically the same as the surveillance to another district in Shanghai.A steady ILI pandemic peak exists during the summer season in Jinshan district.People below the age of fifteen are susceptible to influenza.Every year changing epidemic strain,suggesting that influenza prevention and control should be targeted.
