摘    要:摘要:目的 了解2013年和2014年我院分离的鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布特征及对常用抗菌药物药敏试验结果,更好地指导临床用药。方法 采用全自动微生物分析仪进行药敏试验,用WHONET软件统计和分析临床送检出的鲍曼不动杆菌资料。结果 共分离出1237株鲍曼不动杆菌,检出率最高的是痰标本,病菌主要来自呼吸科重症监护室和呼吸科,其次是ICU病区。药敏结果显示鲍曼不动杆菌对多粘菌素B和美满霉素的耐药率较低,此外对其他抗生素的耐药率均很高。该菌对亚胺培南和美罗培南的耐药率83%~87%,对头孢菌素类、氨基糖苷类和氟喹诺酮类耐药率为68.5%~92.7%,对头孢噻肟和头孢曲松耐药率100%。结论 医院鲍曼不动杆菌感染患者主要集中在重症监护室和呼吸科,该菌对临床常用抗菌药物已普遍耐药,应加强鲍曼不动杆菌耐药监测和抗菌药物管理。

Abstract:Abstract:Objective To understand the distribution characteristics and drug sensitivity of isolated Acinetobacter Baumanniis (Ab) in our hospital during 2013 to 2014,and to give better clinical medication guides.Methods Viteke-2 was adopted to conduct drug sensitive experiments and the results were analyzed by WHONET software.Results 1237 strains of Ab were mainly from RICU and department of respiration,followed by ICU ward. The results showed that the resistance rate of Ab to polymyxin B and minocycline was low. While other antibiotic resistance rates were high. The bacteria resistance rate to imipenem and meropenem were 83%~87%. The resistance rate to cephalosporins,aminoglycosides,fluoroquinolones were 68.5%~92.7%.Conclusion The hospital infections of Ab were mainly concentrated in ICU and department of respiration. The resistance rate was high,and we should strengthen the resistance surveillance of Ab and the management of antimicrobial drug resistance.
