2015年泰州市食源性疾病病原微生物监测结果分析

摘    要:目的 了解泰州市食源性疾病的流行趋势及病原体分布。方法 对采集的食源性疾病患者的粪便样本,依照国标进行病原体分离及鉴定。结果 2015年泰州市共采集464份粪便样本,食源性病原体的总检出率为21.12%,其中致病菌的检出率为11.21%,病毒的检出率为9.91%。不同年龄、季度食源性病原体检出率比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 泰州市食源性疾病致病菌主要以沙门氏菌、副溶血性弧菌感染为主,婴幼儿患者以病毒感染为主,今后应重视食源性疾病的高危人群和高发季节,进一步加强食源性疾病监测工作。

Abstract:Objective To know the epidemiological trend of food-borne diseases and pathogens distribution in Taizhou city. Methods Pathogens isolation and identification were carried out from stool specimens of patients with food-borne diseases,according to the national criteria. Results 464 cases of stool samples were collected in Taizhou city during 2015.The overall detection rate of food-borne pathogens was 21.12%. The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was 11.21%,while the detection rate of the virus was 9.91%.The differences in the detection rates of food-borne pathogens between ages and seasons were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In Taizhou city,the infection of food-borne diseases mainly cause by Salmonella and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Furthermore,infant patients are especially vulnerable to the virus. So it is necessary to pay more attention to the high-risk population and the peak seasons of the diseases,and the surveillance of food-borne pathogens should be further strengthened.
