2002-2011年27 349例跌落住院患者分布状况及趋势分析

目的 分析2002-2011年间大连市因跌落伤住院的患者分布状况及跌落伤害的发生趋势。方法 获取大连市2002-2011年共27 349例符合ICD-10诊断标准,确诊为跌落伤的住院患者病历资料,运用SQLServer2000、Excel2010和SPSS22.0描述和分析跌落伤害患者的人口学特征及跌落伤害的发生频率趋势。结果 在大连市2002-2011年发生的跌落伤害中,男性共17 843例,占65.2%;女性共9 506例,占34.8%;男女比例约为1.88∶1;住院患者中男性总体高于女性(χ2=-6.804,P＜0.05);跌落发生的性别与年龄的差异有统计学意义(χ2=1 896.479,P＜0.05);跌落发生的高危年龄段为35~59岁,其跌落例数构成比随年份呈线性增长趋势;不同职业的跌落住院病人不同年份差异有统计学意义(χ2=14 695.858,P＜0.05)。结论 大连市正处于跌落伤害的高发期,需针对不同人群特点制定有效的防治干预措施,预防控制跌落伤害的发生。

Distribution and the trend of accident fall among 27 349 Hospitalized patients,2002-2011

Objective To analyze the distribution and the trend of fall injury of inpatients in Dalian during the period of 2002-2011.Methods A total of 27349 medical records from hospitalized patients in Dalian city of 2002-2011 who were satisfied the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and were diagnosed with falling injury during the period of 2002-2011 were obtained.SQLServer2000,Excel2010,and SPSS22.0 software were used to describe and analyze the demographic characteristics and the frequency trend of falling injury damage occurrence.Results Among the fall injuries occurred in Dalian City in 2002-2011,man were 17843 cases,accounting for 65.2%;women were 9506 cases,accounting for 34.8%;The ratio of male to female was about 1.88:1;In hospital,the number of male patients was higher than the number of female patients (χ2=-6.804,P<0.05).There were significant differences in the gender and age of the fall (χ2=1896.479,P<0.05);The high-risk age of falling was 35-59 years,The constituent ratio of the number of cases with a drop had a linear growth trend with the year.Fall hospitalized patients with different occupations in different years were statistically significantly different (χ2=14695.858,P<0.05).Conclusion Dalian City is in a period of high risk of falling injury,it is necessary to develop effective prevention and intervention measures to prevent and control the occurrence of fall injury in different population characteristics.
