摘    要:摘要: 目的 分析锦屏县碘盐监测情况,为持续做好碘缺乏病防治工作提供科学依据。方法 按照《贵州省碘缺乏病监测(2012)方案》抽样要求,在东、西、南、北、中5个不同方位抽样,每片区随机抽取1个乡镇,每乡镇随机抽取4个行政村,每行政村随机抽检15户居民食用盐(≥50 g),按GB/T13025.7-2012标准的检测方法对居民户食盐碘含量进行测定。结果 锦屏县2013-2015年居民户碘盐覆盖率为100%,碘盐合格率与合格碘盐食用率二者相同,分别为97.00%、95.33%和95.67%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.220,P=0.545);2013年不合格碘盐9份、2014年14份、2015年13份,分别占当年检测份数的3.00%(9/300)、4.67%(14/300)和4.33%(13/300),各年度不合格碘盐检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.220,P=0.545)。结论 多年来锦屏县碘盐各项指标均达国家消除碘缺乏病标准,且保持在稳定水平,但需继续做好碘盐监测工作,巩固防治成果。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective This work aimed to analyze the iodized salt monitoring results in Jinping County, and to provide scientific references for the control of iodine deficiency disorder. Methods Guizhou Province was divided into 5 sampling area according different directions. From each area 1 town was randomly selected, and 4 administrative villages were randomly selected from each town. 15 households were randomly selected from each town. No less than 50 grams of salt from each household was tested for iodine according to GB/T13025.7-2012. Results Iodized salt coverage was 100%. During 2013~2015, the qualified rate and taking rate of iodized salt were equal, and the value was 97.00%, 95.33% and 95.67% for each year, respectively, without statistically significant difference (χ2=1.220,P=0.545). The number of unqualified salt samples was 9 for year 2013, 14 for year 2014 and 13 for year 2015 year, with a unqualified rate of 3.00%,4.67% and 4.33%, respectively, without statistically significant difference (χ2=1.22,P=0.54). Conclusion In these three years, the index of Jinping County Salt stably met the national standard of eliminating IDD, and such effort should continue.
